It has been my mission over the past 20 years to help patients lead a healthy life through advanced dentistry.
I am committed to the art of dentistry and strive to provide gentle dental care. It is my desire to make certain that each patient feels at home and comfortable. I am always available to answer questions, discuss treatment processes and options, and reassure those who feel at all intimidated.
Our office motto is “We treat our patients the way we would want to be treated,” and we live it every day. We have a great time getting to know our patients, and look forward to meeting many more in the years to come.
I grew up in Fort Valley and attended the University of Georgia where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, magna cum laude. While at UGA, I was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta, and graduated top of my class.
My interest and passion for learning is as strong now as it was when I was a student in dental school. The science of dentistry continues to evolve, which provides opportunities to learn and grow.
Continuing education is essential to maintaining a high standard of care. In order to be the best clinician possible, one makes the sincere commitment to stay abreast of the most recent and cutting-edge developments. As a participant in Molis Coaching and the Hinman Dental Convention, I have taken countless hours of continuing education in the areas of oral health, pathology, dental materials, implants, and restorative dentistry. Additionally, I am a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Georgia Dental Association.
A native Georgian, I am proud to be part of such a wonderful community. I live here with my husband David, our daughter Lily Beth, and our rabbit Bobo. We also keep beehives with approximately 30,000 little friends throughout the year.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling, gardening, playing tennis, yoga, and planning our next family adventure.
